What is Department of Policy Management?

Policy means principles or methods to manage a community or an organization. In this department, students will gain broader knowledge to manage not only the management of national and local government, but also business and NPOs.

Educational Principle / Mission of the Department

Japanese Language Instructor Training Course(Major) 

Established in the International Studies and Communication Department, this course offers many subjects in various areas, such as “Japanese Pedagogy,” “Linguistic Configuration,” “International Society / Community,” “Language and Culture” and so forth.
Students of Japanese Language Instructor Training Course are expected to take classes in practical education skills. At the same time, they are encouraged to support Japanese learning classes in their respective communities or to assist the “Learning Support Class for Non-Native Pupils and Students” at Yamanashi Prefectural University.
